Position Summary:
Operational responsibility for the direction of patient care delivery in acute inpatient care services through leadership. Actively involved with multiple disciplines in all areas of the acute care continuum in efforts to maximize utilization of services available. Functions with accountability to manage planning operational activities and provide administrative input in the budgetary process for all areas.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years clinical and three (3) years management experience, or equivalent combination of educational/managerial experience.
Licensure Requirement:
Current TN nursing license required.
