8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, no weekends.

Position Summary:
The Pharmacotherapy Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, focusing on optimizing medication therapy and improving health outcomes. The pharmacist collaborates closely with healthcare providers and patients to manage chronic diseases, ensure safe medication use, and promote patient education. This role requires a high level of clinical knowledge, communication skills, and patient-centered care.
Minimum Education:
Licensed pharmacist in the state of Tennessee; completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency or a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
Minimum Experience:
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting. Benefits Navigation, Residency Training, Ambulatory Care experience preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
Current state pharmacy license.
