Position Summary:
The Imaging Nurse Navigator provides clinical support, treatment access, education, and coordination of patient centered care to benefit the patient, family, and multidisciplinary physicians while helping achieve optimal outcomes for the patients in both the Oncology and Radiology settings.

Minimum Education:
None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience.
Licensure Requirement:
Must have and maintain a valid Tennessee RN License. Oncology and/or Certified Radiology Nurse or must be working toward obtaining the OCN/CRN within three (3) years of employment.
