Position Summary:
The Senior Networking Engineer plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of advanced network infrastructure. This position requires deep technical expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN, Cloud-Based Solutions, Firewalls, and VPNs. Ensuring network reliability, performance, and security by developing scalable designs, optimizing traffic flow, and proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with IT teams to align network strategies with business objectives. Responsible for mentoring junior staff and providing input on complex projects.

Minimum Education:
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in network engineering, with a demonstrated history of designing and implementing enterprise-level network solutions.
