Sevier Clinic:
Our Sevierville outpatient clinic is located at 1104 Foxwood Drive in Sevierville, Tennessee, and is open Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. We provide mental health services for those experiencing psychiatric illnesses or symptoms. Our team of mental health professionals provide:
Position Summary:
Provides professional social work services to designated patient population, and provides counseling and discharge planning as well as other social work services to patients and families on the assigned units. The general practice of social work in a hospital setting includes interviewing, assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, case management, mediation, supportive counseling, information and referral, problem solving, client education, and advocacy. This position has documented advance practice skills via certification and experience.

Minimum Education:
Master’s degree from accredited graduate social work or counseling program.
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) years of experience or related field work training from an accredited graduate social work or counseling program.
Licensure Requirement:
Must be licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
