Position Summary:
Responsible for planning, budgeting, directing, monitoring, and evaluating performance improvement functions for regulatory compliance, monitoring and implementing patient safety indicators using local and national benchmarks, leadership over policy and procedure development and maintenance and leadership for key support areas. Serves as the Quality and Safety database manager working with other Peninsula leaders to ensure the organization is in compliance with all professional and regulatory standards on an ongoing basis. Ensures that appropriate clinical practices are supported in all policies and procedures implemented by the organization. Directs and manages the quality management, risk management and educational activities for the behavioral and facilities.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or relevant Healthcare field degree required. Master’s degree in health or leadership related field preferred.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a healthcare management /leadership role required.
Licensure Requirement:
Must have and maintain Tennessee RN license.
