Position Summary:
Under general direction, responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting software applications, and interfacing with end-users and other IT groups to identify and resolve application issues. The Revenue Cycle Application Analyst position will be responsible for proactively supporting applications in use at Covenant Health hospitals and their associated clinics. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Revenue Cycle Acute Care workflows, be able to troubleshoot failures between integrated applications, and identify improvement opportunities by working with multi-disciplinary analysts within the organization. This candidate must be a self-starter, highly organized, detail oriented and self-disciplined with the ability to work within all levels of Covenant Health.

-HL7 Integration
-Acute registration workflow

Minimum Education:
AS in computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of six (6) years Information Systems or relevant functional area. Requires demonstrated deep understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment (for assigned applications). Two (2) years of IT project management experience.
Familiarity with the following is a plus:
-Star Patient Accounting
-HL7 Integration
Licensure Requirement: Professional/clinical licensure (RN, ARRT, etc.) may be required based on assigned applications.
