Full time, 72 hours per pay period, Day shift

Position Summary:
Performs physician defined routine and specialized ultrasound procedures. Performs complex tasks associated with the operations of ultrasound equipment to produce high quality ultrasound images. The ultrasound technologist is responsible for maintaining a safe ultrasound environment at all times.

Minimum Education:
Must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority at the time license and/or certification was granted.
Minimum Experience:
Clinical training and certification appropriate to the specified modality and three (3) years clinical ultrasound experience. Be able to work independently, as needed. This candidate must possess excellent computer and customer service skills. This position does include shared call responsibility and holidays.
Licensure Requirement:
Must have and maintain ARDMS, ARRT (S), ARRT (VS), or CCI licensure.
State licensure in accordance with Tennessee guidelines.
This candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of sonography and be registered or registry eligible by the ARDMS. They must possess a current BLS certification.
