Position Summary:
The Systems Manager is accountable for IT Systems Management operations in the enterprise. This individual will have a diversified background of technical infrastructure leadership experience, demonstrate a commitment to an inclusive team approach on every level, have a history of project management acumen, with excellent vendor management skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will exhibit a superior, service-oriented approach to IT Systems Management. As a member of the IT leadership team, the role contributes to the development and execution of Technical Services strategy and ensures its alignment with the enterprise's IT and business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.

In addition to traditional Systems Management, this position also manages the following:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or information management. Alternatively, related field, equivalent work experience, and or certification will be considered. Masters level education preferred.
Minimum Experience: Eight (8) years of increasing responsibility in related work experience is required. Supervisory and IT project management experience required. Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
Licensure Requirement: Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D and state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
