RN Hospice - Weekends

Full-Time, 48 Hours per pay period, Weekends Only

Saturday and Sunday; 12 hour shifts

Position Summary:  Provides professional nursing care to an assigned group of homebound and/or terminally ill patients; coordinates care planning with other disciplines.  The RN-Home Health reports to the assigned Hospice Clinical Supervisor.

Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Minimum Experience:  Must possess three (1) year of professional experience in hospital or prior home health experience; must be able to work independent yet function as part of a team

Licensure Requirement:  Must have and maintain Tennessee RN license. CPR required. Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D and state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
