We also have full access to all specialty physicians located within FSRMC. In the world of healthcare, awards are often affirmations of quality and excellence. Alongside data about outcomes and other performance measures, awards can be symbols of “mission accomplished.”

The Patricia Neal Center is a multi-time winner of the Crystal Award, the top award given for patient satisfaction by Professional Research Consultants, a nationally known healthcare research company. The award is given to a healthcare facility or inpatient specialty unit that scores at or above the 100th percentile for being rated “excellent” by patients in overall quality of care.

Our nursing support staff consists of RNs, LPNs, CNA/PCAs, and HUCs who work together to provide exceptional patient care. Our environment is fast paced with an average patient-nurse ratio of 7:1.  We work as a full interdisciplinary team with the physiatrist, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapist, recreational therapist, behavioral medicine and case management.

As an organization, we want to grow our employees by promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism. Because of this, nurses at PNRC are encouraged to become certified in rehabilitation nursing. If you choose to become certified, our organization can help with the cost of your testing, as well as pay you a yearly bonus for taking the next step in your career.
