Human Resources iCIMS Support Analyst

Full Time, Days - 80 Hours per pay period

Position Summary:

Under direct supervision, this position provides advanced-level technical human resources service line support and guidance within a designated area of specialized expertise. Provides direct support for HR software applications, training on and maintenance of software applications, and interfacing with end-users (primarily HR staff and other constituent clients), vendors, and IT groups to identify and resolve application issues. Provide technical oversight of HR web pages, shared-sites, social media and career boards. Initiates, leads, and/or coordinates the investigation and resolution of complex process- and/or data-related issues as appropriate to the specified area of expertise. Develops and/or coordinates the development, documentation, and maintenance of operating processes, procedures, and data/records systems as applicable to area of expertise. This position is charged with routine and ad hoc reporting from systems as well as report and data analysis. May provide day-to-day technical oversight and/or project leadership/coordination and training on software/application projects, new releases, and implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Administrator level knowledge of the ATS iCIMS platform
  • Develops and/or coordinates the development, documentation, and maintenance of operating processes, procedures, and data/records systems as applicable to area of expertise.
  • This position is charged with routine and ad hoc reporting from systems as well as report and data analysis. May provide day-to-day technical oversight and/or project leadership/coordination and training on software/application projects, new releases, and implementations

Qualifications

Minimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to an Associate’s degree. Preference may be given to individuals possessing an Associate’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university. AS in computer-related field or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience preferred.

 

Minimum Experience: Three (3) years Information Systems or three (3) years relevant functional area experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Products. 

Working knowledge of Visio, Sharepoint, PDF tools, CYBORG, IVIS a plus. Requires demonstrated understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment (for assigned applications).
