Revenue Cycle Application Analyst
Full Time; 80 Hours Per Pay Period

Under general direction, responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting software applications, and interfacing with end-users and other IT groups to identify and resolve application issues.
This Revenue Cycle Application Analyst position will be responsible for proactively managing the day to day support of Patient Financial Services related applications and associated processes required to meet the needs of Covenant’s consolidated business office.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Patient Accounting workflows, be able to troubleshoot failures between applications/processes, and identify improvement opportunities by working with business partners and other analysts within the organization. Operational support includes resolving technical and functional issues, performing system configurations, routine maintenance and upgrades.
This candidate must be a self-starter, highly organized, detail oriented and self-disciplined with the ability to work within all levels of Covenant Health.
Familiarity with the following is a plus:
Minimum Education: AS in computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience: Minimum of six (6) years Information Systems or relevant functional area. Requires demonstrated deep understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment (for assigned applications). Two (2) years of IT project management experience.
Licensure Requirement: Professional/clinical licensure (RN, ARRT, etc.) may be required based on assigned applications.
