One (1) year of customer service experience working with geriatric patients and families required. Previous office experience desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Word required. Microsoft Office experience preferred. Good communication, decision making and public relations skills needed. Must be people oriented and able to work well with persons from diverse education and occupational backgrounds. Must possess persuasive interpersonal skills and have the ability to project empathy.
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to an Associate’s degree. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a Bachelor’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.
