We are a 100 bed dually certified facility.  Our team of employees include RN's, LPN's and C.N.A.'s.  A typical nurse assignment would include resident assessment, medication administration, plan of care, wound care and assisting physicans while working with the complete team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.

Administers routine services in caring for the subacute, convalescent and chronic residents of the Nursing Home. Participates in planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.  Directs and supervises the CNAs assigned to his/her wing.

Current TN LPN license required. Long Term Care/Nursing Home experience preferred.

CPR certification required.
