Under general supervision, plans, evaluates and implements treatment programs for occupational therapy patients. Modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient progress. Pediatrics Occupational Therapy Department
None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.
Current Tennessee Occupational Therapy License. May work under a limited permit for up to 90 days after hire. Must practice under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist if using a Limited Permit. Employment will be terminated if license is not achieved with 90 days. Current CPR required.
