On-call rotation on weekends and holidays
Position Summary: Primary responsibility is to logistically schedule up to 50 field staff of any discipline to visit up to 200 patients on a daily basis. Daily scheduling responsibilities while communicating with field staff, patients, physicians, etc. in order to maintain proper care coordination and continuity of care for assigned team. Memorization is key to this role.
Minimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a HS diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience: Requires basic understanding of general office procedures. Previous logistics/dispatch background is desired and previous experience in medical office supervision preferred. Requires effective human relations and communications skills.

Patients change on a daily basis so must be able to adapt to consistently changing patient locations throughout 17 counties in east Tennessee.
Simply having receptionist or front desk experience is not enough to qualify due to the complex nature of the position.
