Clinical Nurse III- Intermediate Care Unit
Full Time, 72 Hours Per Pay Period, Night Shift
The Cardiac Specialty Unit (aka: Intermediate Care Unit) consists of 33 telemetry beds. This unit treats patients presenting chest pain or unstable angina, as well as those recovering from placement of cardiac stents, permanent pacemakers, or AICDs. The top three admitting diagnoses are coronary atherosclerosis, chest pain, and intermediate coronary syndrome. We have long term staff members because of our culture and teamwork on our floor. The physicians see this as well and trust the judgment of our team.
