RN, Emergency Department

Full Time, Nights, 72 hours per pay period

Active TN RN license required.  Minimum one year experience, ED experience preferred.  Pediatric and trauma experience a plus.

Emergency care of patients of all ages in the Emergency Department.  The new state of the art Emergency Department is a 12 bed unit with an average of 60 patient visits per day. Our staff members include RNs, and PCA`s. We have a family oriented environment and work well as a team.

This position is for a Registered Nurse.  Willing to accept a new graduate. Experience is preferred, but with the appropriate credibility, and integrity, this unit can help teach skills necessary for ED.  BLS is required at time of hire.  ACLS and PALS must be attained within a reasonable amount of time.  No later than six months after orientation to the unit has been completed.  TNCC will be a requirement after one year in the department.
