The LPN II will provide nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse, within an assigned unit.

Must have documented experience necessary to obtain state license.

Minimum Education: Graduate of accredited program for licensed practical nursing. Requires successful completion of the Advanced LPN Skills Course and LPN Advanced Skills Checklist. Licensure Requirements: Currently licensed by the Tennessee Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Physical Requirements: Type A
