We also offer tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment. Our Orthopedic-Spine unit (5 Riverstone) is a rapid paced, 44-bed post-surgical unit with both a Joint Center of Excellence and a Spine Center of Excellence. We will be moving to two 36 bed units.  Our population consists of orthopedic and spine surgery patients. Nurses on our orthopedic-spine unit are members of an integral team of health professionals (physicians, RNs, LPNs, SNAs, CNAs, HUCs, PTs and OTs) that provide the most comprehensive care to its clients and their families.
