Medical Office Assistant I, Kingston Family Practice
Full-Time, 80 hours per pay period, Days - Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Position Summary: Provides professional clinical care to patients receiving treatments and examination in an outpatient clinical setting, under the supervision of the attending provider and practice office manager. On the job training will be provided. Working knowledge of basic computer programs is a plus. Great people skills is a priority as direct patient contact is required on this job. The position is for a Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy and lab skills who will be working closely with the providers and the patients.
Minimum Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.
Minimum Experience: Must be sufficient to meet the standard for achievement of the below indicated certification or licensure as required by the issuing authority.
Licensure Requirement: Must be either be licensed as an LPN or hold CCMA or equivalent recognized MA certification. CPR required.
