Team Leader - Plant Engineering
Full-Time, 80 hours per pay period, Variable shifts
Three (3) to five (5) years of HVAC, Mechanical, Maintenance or Construction work preferred; HVAC Mechanical, Boiler Room/General Maintenance, Physical Requirement type B, & some local travel maybe required.
Position Summary: Responsible for daily operations of Plant Engineering at designated facility. Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and general maintenance equipment.
Minimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals graduating from a trade or vocational school.
Minimum Experience: Five (5) years management in healthcare plant operations. Experienced and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills required. Experience with capital and operational budget planning as well as construction project planning and management.
Licensure Requirement: Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D and state mandated insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
