Working as a member of the System Employment Services department, the Clinical Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist provides professional support in filling vacant nursing positions within Covenant Health System. Partners with hiring managers and to coordinate interviews and ensure selection of qualified candidates. Offers guidance on sourcing and recruitment strategy, candidate assessment and staffing challenges.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, marketing, communication or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Clinical or nursing experience or recruitment experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to interact effectively with a variety of people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills. Flexibility to meet varying customer needs and to juggle multiple priorities daily. Exceptional organizational skills. Basic personal computer and word processing skills. Knowledge of employment law and Human Resources
Licensure Requirement: Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D and state mandated minimum insurance coverage.
Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
