Recruits qualified physicians for Covenant Health affiliates and private practice groups. Develops strategies for attracting proper mix of medical practitioners and/or specialists. Coordinates all aspects of physician recruitment to ensure adequate complement of physicians in accordance with needs and goals of the office of Physician Services and in concert with the system’s Physician Recruitment Strategic Plan.
Must be able to have flexible work schedule and reliable transportation.
Four (4) year Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with equivalent experience in health–related field required. Three (3) years experience in physician recruitment preferred.
