Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Night Shift
Position Summary: The MRI Technologist is responsible for maintaining a safe MRI environment for patients, peers and all individuals through direct supervision of zone 3 and zone 4. They obtain high quality scans in a timely basis and maintain a kind, courteous manner at all times to patients, family members and co-workers.
Minimum Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement
of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.
Minimum Experience: Must have successfully completed a radiography educational program that is accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the ARRT.
Licensure Requirement: ARRT (R) and within six (6) months ARRT (MR) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMCTB) and with six (6) months ARRT (MR) required. State licensure in accordance with Tennessee guidelines. CPR required.
