    This position is designed to assist the Vice President of Fortress and departmental management professional of the Covenant Health Properties Division with day-to day tasks related to property management and lease administration. This position provides support in the coordination of design, renovation and reconstruction of existing facilities, preparing and recording agreements and contracts.  Also maintaining an effective document control system and providing assistance in space forecasting and facility planning.

    Responsibilities

    One-two (1-2) years of experience in an administrative setting, general understanding of real estate terminology and fundamental understanding of real estate principles and procedures preferred. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong detail orientation, with excellent verbal/written communication skills.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Experience:

    Licensure Requirements:   

    Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D and state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
