HR Services Specialist- FMLA/LOA.
Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period. Day Shifts.
Position Summary: This position provides advanced-level technical Human Resource Service Center support and guidance within a designated area of specialized expertise such as FMLA/LOA Administration. This includes relevant knowledge in other areas related to a leave of absence such as benefits, disability, workers compensation, HRIS, Kronos, Cyborg, and ADA accommodation. Provides advanced level interpretation and guidance on applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulation as they relate to the FMLA/LOA process. Lead and resolve complex issues with data integrity. Devleop and maintain operating processes to the highest level of performance.
Minimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill, and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typcially such would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Prefedrence may be given to individuals possessing a Bachelor's degree in a directly-relate field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum Experience: Requires a minimum of five (5) years' work experience performing a variety of administrative/technical support functions in the fields of human resources, payroll, benefits, employment, training or directly related disciplines. Prior work experience must have included performance of advanced specialized technical tasks to include assistance with projet development, participation in the devlopment and reccomendation of operating policies, processes, and procedural improvements; and the research and analysis of complex data related to a designated area of specialized expertise.
