Clinical Nurse II- Critical Care Unit
Full Time, 72 Hours Per Pay Period, Night Shift
Position Summary: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
All Clinical Nurse I employees at Covenant Health are automatically enrolled in our Nurse Residency Program. Please note: There is no separate application for Nurse Residency. We ask that residents commit for 1 year to the program and to their unit of hire. Separate from nurse residency, each unit’s orientation consists of a minimum of 16 weeks and nurse residents are paired with only one preceptor during this time. The Covenant Health Nurse Residency Program consists of one paid 4-hour session each month for 12 months, and a solo or group participation and presentation of an evidence-based research project. With our proven program of excellence, each Clinical Nurse I receives a raise and promotion after one-year of full-time employment.

Minimum Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.
Minimum Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience.
Licensure Requirements: Valid Tennessee RN license. Fire/security, infection control, and CPR inservices are required.
