    Covenant Health

    Under general supervision, provides support to end-users for PC, server, network, applications and hardware. Responsible for configuring, installing and supporting hardware and software.

     

    SHIFT HOURS: 1st Shift, including occasional night and weekends as needed, and on-call rotaiton.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Desktop Support for end users which include but not limited to PCs, Monitors and other Peripherals such as printers and scanners. Support software products such as but not limited to Microsoft Office and Outlook - Operating Systems Windows 7 and Windows 10 - Other third party software as required. Knowledge of Active Directory a plus. Be responsible for providing a high-level of customer satisfaction in a somewhat fast pace environment. Be a resourceful self-starter who is able to work well with a team or independently with little-to-no supervision.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education:          

    None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to an Associate’s degree.  Preference may be given to individuals possessing an Associate’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.

     

    Minimum Experience:        

    Minimum of three (3) years related experience. Experience working with LAN's/WAN's and working knowledge of required hardware and software.

     

    Licensure Requirement:     

    Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D and state mandated

    minimum insurance coverage.  Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
