Full-Time, 80 hours per pay period, ability to work any shift
Position Summary: The Clinical Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy support to a well-defined patient population through the utilization of advanced skills in a focused area of pathophysiology/pharmacology.
Minimum Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.
Minimum Experience: Demonstrated written and/or verbal communication skills necessary. Ability to perform drug usage evaluations relative to their area of expertise and ability to research and disseminate drug therapy information to healthcare personnel.
Continuing Education: Thirty (30) hours of continuing education in a specialty area within the previous two (2) year period plus one (1) year of active involvement in the specialty area.
Licensure Requirement: Current TN License
