The LPN I will provide nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse, within an assigned unit. Administers routine services in caring for the subacute, convalescent and chronic residents of the Nursing Home. Participates in planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. Assigns residents to CNA. Supervises and assists nursing staff in planning care for each resident.
Must have documented experience necessary to obtain state license.
Minimum Education: Graduate of accredited program for licensed practical nursing. Licensure Requirements: Currently licensed by the Tennessee Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) CPR certification Physical Requirements: Type A
