Under general supervision, plans, evaluates and implements treatment programs for occupational therapy patients. Modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient progress.
One (1) year experience preferred. Professional organization membership preferred. Good communication skills required
Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Licensure Requirements: Current Tennessee Occupational Therapy License. Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver's license Class D with an "F" endorsement for up to 14 passenger vehicles, OR a Class "A", "B", or "C" with "P" endorsement for 15 passenger vehicles, depending on the driving needs of the facility. Employee must have state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
