Patient Service Representative I, Family Care Specialists
Full-Time, 80 hours per pay period, day shift - hours M-F 10:30a-7p with the possibility of an occasional Sat 730a-2p.
Provide administrative coverage for the patient service functions related to the operation of a physician practice. Greets, assists, and directs visitors, patients, and others upon contact at the clinic. Take appropriate information from patients upon arrival and enters patient demographics.
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a HS diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience: One year customer facing/customer service and/or medical office experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills.
